This is a 6 week intensive immersion journey designed for the soulful woman who wants to step deeper into her spirituality and sacred center so that she can manifest her life from that deeper place of self honoring, connection, guidance and passion, and not from a place of judgments, fears and self imposed limitations.

The group will meet once a week for 6 weeks, with a 7th private session with me to conclude, reflect, and set individualized next steps. During this time together we will study ourselves through the lens of the chakras, and use the group dynamic to share, uplift, inspire, get centered, and go out into life to manifest ourselves for our highest good.

Each week I will send out a short lesson and optional journaling, and our time together in-person will consist of mediation, discussion and sharing, some coaching, and some experiential embodiment. You will leave with a sacred task for yourself for the week, a little change you want to work on in your own life.
