BOOK A CALL WITH ABI TO SEE IF THIS IS FOR YOU

There comes a moment when the life you've built can no longer carry the woman you're becoming.

From the outside, everything may look fine. You may have built a meaningful career, raised a family, cared for others, and checked all the boxes. Yet something inside is asking for more.

Not more achievement...

More truth.

More spaciousness.

More alignment with who you are now.

And the longer that call goes unanswered, the harder it becomes to ignore. It shows in your body, in exhaustion, in anxious restless nights, in aches, pains and even illness...

or a quiet but persistent feeling that you've lost touch with yourself.

This is the threshold.

This is for you if-

✔ Your life may look good on the outside, but it no longer reflects who you are becoming or what truly fulfills you.

✔ You are navigating a major life transition: an empty nest, retirement, career shift, relationship change, or you are wishing to birth the next level of your self expression.

✔ The cost of staying the same is becoming too high. Stress, anxiety, exhaustion, sleepless nights, or physical symptoms are telling you something needs to change.

✔ You know deep down that if nothing changes, you'll be having this same conversation with yourself a year from now.

✔ You long to slow down, savor the life you've worked so hard to create, and reconnect with yourself beyond your roles and responsibilities.

✔ You want to trust your inner voice, stop living by expectations, and make decisions that feel deeply aligned with who you are.

✔ You are ready to stop trying to navigate this transition alone, and wish to be lifted by a circle of women walking a similar path.

Why Is Change So Hard?

Most women don't struggle because they don't know what they want.

They struggle because the identity that created their current life is deeply familiar.

The achiever.

The caretaker.

The responsible one.

The one who keeps everything moving.

Even when those roles become exhausting, letting go can feel terrifying.

Who will I be without them?

This is why insight alone isn't enough.

Real transformation requires support, accountability, community, and a safe place to practice coming home to yourself.

"We formed a community of the heart in an exceptionally powerful and condensed fashion. The sisterhood space was safe and generative and filled my soul. The trustworthiness of everyone in the group, lightly yet powerfully undergirded by Abi's leadership.

I see that being in sisterhood is essential for my well-being. Having a weekly place to spend time with others in such an authentic way, all our protections and artifices laid down, was deeply nourishing.

Abi's own seeking, and her willingness to share it openly, invites the rest of us to go deep. For me, this has meant finding the courage to nurture myself and the fortitude to lovingly detach from that inner voice which will always suggest I haven't done or been enough for those I love."

There is power in community, in seeing and being seen, hearing and being heard.

We remember we are not alone. Shame softens. Worth resurfaces. We uplift one another and rediscover a gentler inner ground rooted in self-honoring and care.

From there, we step back into life, clearer, freer, and no longer sabotaging ourselves...

allowing all that is possible to expand.

“And the day came when the risk to remain tight in a bud was more painful than the risk it took to blossom”

-Anais Nin

About 6 years ago I found myself at my own threshold. Even though I had a steady stream of clients in my bodywork practice, I could feel the inner nudge asking for more. I wanted to dive deeper with clients and help them make substantial changes in their life, and it meant that I would have to step into a bigger version of myself, and that expansion terrified me. I was afraid of putting myself out there, afraid of what others will think, afraid that I am not good enough.

Luckily, staying stuck in my smaller version became worse than taking the leap. I felt a sense of disappointment in myself for allowing my fears and insecurities to dictate my life. I knew deep down that I cannot keep living in a way that dimmed my light, my calling, my depth. It was just too painful.

I believe that when we are truly ready and open, the right support comes our way to help us move through the scary threshold. After years of thinking I can do it alone, and yet staying stuck in inertia, I invited support in to hold me while I leap. From there, everything changed.

Fealessness is not the absence of fear, it is being scared shitless and doing it anyway. From that inner friction, we grow, we blossom, we become.
